Black Label Dual Overdrive is a double overdrive complementary guitar, designed to deliver balanced, usable sound whatever the amp or configuration.
It combines two circuits inspired by tried-and-tested references, whose behavior has been reworked to correct their limitations while retaining their musicality.

Musical intent & use cases
Black Label is based on two circuits with clearly defined roles.
The Blue channel, inspired by a Bluesbreaker-style low-gain overdrive, offers open, dynamic saturation, with a slight brightness at the top of the spectrum.
The circuit has been adjusted to offer more output level and a more balanced response, while retaining the natural, expressive character of this type of overdrive.
It works particularly well as an always-on base, as an edge-of-breakup or to provide clarity and definition.
The Green channel is inspired by a full-range “Nashville” overdrive approach, reworked for a more controlled and musical use.
Gain has been adjusted for a more usable stroke, midrange has been rebalanced for a fuller presence, and bass has been tightened to avoid any sense of fuzziness.
The result is a denser overdrive with body and punch, with no loss of legibility.
The two channels can be used separately or stacked, with an order selector to adapt gain structure, compression and overall response.
A particularly effective configuration is to have the Green channel attack the Blue channel.
This stacked mode acts as a true third channel, providing more gain and thickness while maintaining excellent note definition.
Unlike some stacks that become blurred or overly compressed, Black Label retains a legible structure and natural balance, even with more saturation.
