Warranty

All pedals Teos Music are assembled by hand with particular care. We guarantee their reliability and offer 2-year commercial coverage from date of purchase.

What's covered

Manufacturing defects or assembly errors.
Defective components (excluding natural wear and tear).
Internal electronic malfunctions.

Note: Repairs under warranty are free of charge. Transport costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

What's not covered

Unsuitable food : Damage caused by incorrect voltage or reversed polarity.
Physical damage : Drops, impacts, damaged casings, or broken connectors (jacks/switches).
Modifications : Any work carried out by a third party.
Environment : Exposure to moisture, liquids or extreme temperatures.
Cosmetic wear : Marks, paint chips and mechanical wear on moving parts (potentiometers, switches).

Outside the warranty period, we carry out repairs at cost price after diagnosis.

European Union (EU) customers

In accordance with regulations, you have access to 14 days after receipt to retract:

The product must be returned in its original original condition with its undamaged packaging.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (unless we are mistaken).
Refunds are made after inspection of the product. Initial delivery charges are not refundable.

Non-EU customers

Sales are binding. In the event of a defect detected on receipt, the warranty covers repair or replacement. Customs duties and taxes related to international transport are at the customer's expense.

Legal Notice

In addition to this commercial warranty, you benefit from legal warranty of conformity (2 years - art. L.217-3 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the French Civil Code). This protection applies only to the original purchaser.
